Emmi and Peter’s Gig Harbor garden wedding with breathtaking views of the Puget Sound was so fun and full of laughter! Emmi and Peter are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met and it truly was an honor to capture their special day.
I started the day photographing all the gorgeous details. Isn’t the backdrop of their ceremony sight amazing? I knew right away this was the spot I wanted to photograph Emmi’s wedding dress. It hung perfectly on the wedding arch Peter and her father built!
Every detail photographed in the flat lay was intentional and meaningful.
Pre-ceremony photos are some of my favorites to capture on a wedding day!
When Emmi first reached out to me about doing a “fake” first look with the best man, I died laughing! And then I died some more when the time came to capture it!
Check out some behind the scenes footage of this super fun “first look” here!
Now on to the real first look!

Bride and Groom portraits are the most important photos of your wedding day and will be the photos you end up hanging on your walls. I will always encourage you to schedule extra time to ensure you get the photos you want.
Bridal party photos are super fun to photograph especially when the bridal party brings the energy like these did! There was no shortage of laughs!
Peter and Emmi opted for miniature pies from Carter and Company in Port Orchard for their wedding dessert. The pecan pie was to die for!
Thank you Emmi and Peter for choosing me to capture your special day! I wish you all the best!
