I’ve had the privilege of shooting many weddings but this is the first time I shot a wedding on a yacht! Yacht StarShip Cruises & Events offers an amazing wedding experience that includes breathtaking views, fine dining, and entertainment.

Getting ready, first look, bride and groom, as well as bridal party photos were all taken at Le Meridien Tampa, The Courthouse, a century old Historic Federal Courthouse that has been transformed into a unique boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Tampa.

These candid bride and groom photos were some of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken. I loved capturing their love and elegance in busy downtown Tampa! They even enjoyed cheers and honks from many passersby!

Gah! These bridal party and groomsmen photos were super fun!

After all the pre-ceremony portraits were taken, we took a shuttle from Le Meridien to the yacht. The timing of the ceremony was so perfect with the sun getting ready to set. The sunset created a gorgeous golden hour backdrop to one of the dreamiest weddings I’ve ever photographed!

The views were stunning!

Cutting the cake is one of my favorite moments on a wedding day. At this point, the bride and groom were super relaxed and ready to let loose and I am able to capture some really fun shots!

Can’t forget about the details! My space and time was limited so I needed to get extra creative to capture a few of the bride and groom’s details. I loved using the bride’s veil with the rings!
